Your responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Head Chef and management, your duties include:
- Carrying out preliminary food preparation tasks
- Participating in the cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and back-of-house areas
- Setting up the workstation
- Storing and packaging raw materials
- Receiving and properly storing food supplies
- Applying hygiene and safety regulations in force
- Being versatile within the restaurant service team
Your profile
- Training and/or experience in the kitchen
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Organised, dynamic, and versatile
- Attention to detail and strong sense of accuracy
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good command of French, both written and spoken
