Your responsibilities
The Technical Team Leader coordinates the work of the technical staff to ensure the proper functioning of all building systems and installations. Acting as a link between technical management and operational needs, you ensure quality, safety, and responsiveness.
Team management & coordination
Supervise, lead, and support the technical team
Organise and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance work
Allocate tasks based on operational priorities
Co-lead daily team meetings
Supervise external service providers
Operational & technical duties
Participate in technical interventions and ensure quality control
Monitor and adjust maintenance schedules
Ensure all equipment and installations are in proper working condition
Maintain technical tools and equipment
Quality, safety & compliance
Ensure compliance with procedures, deadlines, and quality standards
Guarantee adherence to safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations
Ensure all installations comply with current legal requirements
Communication & continuous improvement
Provide reporting to technical management
Collaborate with other hotel departments (Reception, F&B, Housekeeping, etc.)
Propose and implement maintenance improvement initiatives
Adapt to technological updates and new equipment
Your profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality
- Strong team spirit
- Initiative, autonomy, and strong organisational skills
- Discretion, good observation and listening skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- CAP/BEP in electrical engineering and/or plumbing is an advantage
