Location: Saint-Denis

Your responsibilities
As Reception Coordinator, you will mainly be responsible for back-office reception tasks:
- Handling incoming communications for the Front Desk (internal and external calls)
- Preparing reservations for the following day (day -1 preparation)
- Assigning special room requests (families, baby cots, connecting rooms, etc.)
- Allocating room categories according to operational needs
- Monitoring room status in maintenance and tracking conditions (occupied, to be cleaned, ready, out of order)
- Assisting with group arrivals (badges, check-in in the Opera system)
- Monitoring daily departures / check-outs
- Contributing to the writing of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the reception department
- Providing occasional support to reception staff, especially during key handovers
Your profile
- Experience in hotel reception or back-office operations
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good internal communication skills
- Comfortable with IT systems and PMS software (especially Opera)
- Autonomous, responsive, and a strong team player
- Excellent command of English is essential
