Your responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Executive Housekeeper and within the Housekeeping department, your duties include:
- Supervising and coordinating external service providers (outsourced teams)
- Ensuring proper organization and planning of workflows
- Managing stock levels of guest amenities and care products
- Inspecting and following up on the condition of guest rooms
- Checking cleanliness and order in public areas
- Ensuring guest satisfaction and handling guest requests and inquiries
- Coordinating laundry services
- Organizing and scheduling laundry staff
- This list is non-exhaustive and may be adapted according to operational needs.
Your profile
- Experience in 4-star hospitality within a large-capacity hotel
- Strong team spirit
- Leadership skills and good listening abilities
- Autonomy, responsiveness, and strong organizational skills
- Excellent command of French; English is an advantage
